Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Our main customers are in Europe and the US, but we also deliver to many other countries.

Where do you ship from?

Our orders ship from our supplier warehouse. Depending on the item, it may ship from the USA or overseas.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time may not be possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you can return it after delivery according to our returns policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing. During holidays and sale periods, processing may take a little longer. We do not process orders on weekends.
